VECTOR Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as VECTOR) understands the protection of Personal Information is important, shall observe the Personal Information Protection Law of Japan (hereinafter referred to as the "Personal Information Protection Law"), other laws, regulations and guidelines related to the protection of Personal Information and shall make efforts to properly manage and protect Personal Information.

VECTOR shall prepare necessary in-house system according to above laws and guidelines and shall acquire a letter of pledge from workers to handle Personal Information properly.

VECTOR shall restrict the usage of Personal Information only to those business related persons, shall form regulations related to storage and management of data including Personal Information and shall take necessary preliminary measures to protect Personal Information.

VECTOR shall create an account and passwords so that only those business related persons can handle to manage access authority to protect Personal Information saved in the computer system. Accounts and passwords shall be managed strictly to prevent drain and loss of data.

VECTOR shall delete Personal Information when a certain duration has passed after the Personal Information is received on the premise that there is no problem for service.

VECTOR shall not provide Personal Information to a third party without obtaining the prior consent of the user, except in the cases permitted pursuant to the Personal Information Protection Law or other laws and regulations.

VECTOR shall not provide Personal Information to a third party without obtaining the prior consent of the user. However, this shall not apply to the following cases:

• When requested by law from public institutions such as government agencies
• When there is any provision for specific law
• When there is any disadvantageous for life, body or property to customers or a third party and cannot acquire agreement of the person
• When the person acted against the Law, terms of use and instructions of VECTOR and when VECTOR should protect our right, property and service and cannot acquire agreement of the person
• When a customer requested to disclose Personal Information, it is disclosed only when the person is confirmed
