Please feel free to send us your workpiece. We mark characters and 2D codes on it and return to you with the result report. You can check the fineness and depth of marking from the actual workpiece beforehand.

If this machine gets out of order within the warranty period for any reason for which we are responsible in the manufacture, we will repair it free of charge.

Periodical maintenance service

Periodical check: We check the machine and replace parts as necessary.
Overhaul: According to the customer's operation schedule, we receive the machine and overhaul it.

Loaner service

We loan the replacement of marking machine while we receive the damaged one from customers.
