VM7830B
ULTRASONIC PEN MARKING MACHINE (Patented in Japan and US)
No air devices and air-related settings required
VM7830B uses ultrasonic power to vibrate stylus. No air devices are required.
You can use the machine just after connecting to the power source.
Low noise operation by ultrasonic pen
Audible frequency range is normally 20 to 20,000Hz.
The ultrasonic pen vibrates the stylus by 25,000Hz ultrasonic (25,000 times per second). Because this frequency is out of audible range, you will feel silence than air pen models and electromagnetic pen models.

Pen pressing power (= depth of dots) in 3 levels
The pressing power of pen unit (depth of marked dots and lines) can be adjusted by rotary switch on the mechanical unit.
Also, the vibration amplitude of stylus can be adjusted by the other rotary switch (PEN CONTROL switch) on the control unit.
VM7830B can mark characters with deep dots and lines without losing its fineness.
No wear parts except for stylus
VM7830B has no wear parts except for stylus. Maintenance can be done simply by changing the stylus.
