Wide Marking Area & Fast Operation
"VM1210AS1 Air Pen Marking Machine" is a upper grade model that retains the excellent marking performance of the conventional model (VM1210 Air Pen Marking Machine) while significantly expanding the marking area and achieving higher speeds.
Key Features of VM1210AS1
Wide Marking Range: 160 x 30 mm
A single large workpiece, or multiple workpieces, can be marked accurately and quickly all at once. This reduces the number of times workpieces need to be set and reconfigured, shortening the overall cycle time of the production line.
High-Speed Marking
It can mark 10 characters in less than 3 seconds. This is more than three times faster than conventional models. Despite this high-speed operation, the marked characters will not not be distorted.
Diverse Marking Functions
It can perform various types of marking, including 2D codes (QR codes, DataMatrix), serial numbers, dates, and marking on circular path.
